There are no taxes to pay in addition to the order you place.
All software is delivered electronically. You will receive the download location when your order is accepted, which may be at any time during regular UK office hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, excluding holidays). Download locations for full versions are not available to the general public.
We reserve the right to refuse instant licensing if we have reason to believe the transaction may be suspect. We also pass on information to the authorities to protect our business, and our customers, if fraudlent activity takes place.
It is expected from us that you have taken full advantage of our free licenses before committing to the product. You may run software for up to 30 days before deciding to buy it. Contact us if you have not evaluated the software fully as we CANNOT offer refunds - we are very willing to issue a credit voucher if you are unsatisfied, however. The vouchers are valid for 12 months when issued.
Not all payment options include support/software updates. You may have to buy additional support packages if you decide that you later need support for our software. For example, you will need support if you change your computer in such a way as to invalidate the software key. If you do not have support, we do make a nominal charge to re-generate codes, even for the same machine. If you subsequently need a new software key for a different machine, this may require the purchase of a new licence specifically for the new machine. For details, see the EULA that you must digitally sign to run or even install the products sold in this shop, or email us for a copy.
In general, users should sign up for, at minimum, a software updates package to be assured of no further code re-generation fees. For example, if you suffer a hardware failure, and need to regenerate your software key, you will have to pay for a new code (at least 50GBP) if your _don't_ have the correct package. Please be very clear about this. Its the only way we can offer such a fully featured software product that is accessible to private and personal users.
PRODUCTS ARE LICENSED PER MACHINE (and user) ONLY FOR UP TO 2000 DAYS MAXIMUM. For example, selling a machine with any of our products pre-installed is not allowed. If you wish to migrate your software to another machine or hard drive later, then this is a chargeable service.
Only the current release version is ever supported by us. For example, if you do not have the updates package either on monthly pay, or buy-out, then you will first be asked to pay for an upgrade to the latest version before we will be able to help with any issues at all.
Orders, once sent, may not be cancelled.
***EXPLICIT MONTHLY PAYMENT TERMS***
Any monthly payments are always taken for ONE month in advance, with 30 days' cancellation notice.
For example, if you were to order a monthly internet hosting package for 30 GBP, your initial payment will be for 60GBP. Thereafter, payments are taken around the 24th of each month to keep you one month in advance, and if you cancel, the 30-day notice period will commence and no further payments will be taken. This explicitly does NOT mean that you can miss payments, using the argument that you are "one month in advance". You are not. If a payment is missed, a late payment fee will be charged at our discretion once payments are restored, otherwise the termination period of 30 days is assumed commenced, and the service will be terminated at the end of that 30 day period.
Information collected about you, or your computer, either by human or electronic means during your use of the software is sanctioned by our EULA. We undertake to keep this information confidential, and not to sell it to third parties.
Our End User Licence Agreement (EULA) is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion, and shall always be honoured by both parties at all times. Software remains the property of AudioEnhance at all times, and products are always licenced, and never sold.
