One-time support incident fee

If you need one-time support on any issue concerning DJServ, and you dont have a current package, please use this option to get support. Remote assistance is included, up to 1 hour maximum. Any charges for any time after this will be agreed by a support team member before we go ahead. Most issues are normally resolved within 1 hour.
